Responsibilities

  • Develop original social media content and collaborate with internal teams and external production vendors to produce platform-specific content that supports business objectives and brand initiatives.
  • Partner with the Director of Social Strategy to develop content plans and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring content remains timely, relevant, accurate, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards, including tone of voice, messaging, and content pillars, to ensure consistency across all social media channels.
  • Analyze content and platform performance metrics to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and optimize social media strategies and content performance.
  • Support enterprise-wide campaigns and initiatives by providing strategic social media recommendations and executing best-in-class content that fosters authentic audience engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Food & Beverage, Gaming, Entertainment, Public Relations, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute compelling social media content.
  • Ensure compliance with established social media processes, governance standards, and best practices, including the effective use of publishing, monitoring, and analytics platforms.
  • Assist with community management and moderation of user-generated content in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies and brand standards.
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives, including influencer identification, relationship management, contract coordination, hosted experiences, and campaign execution.
  • Administer and maintain social media technology platforms, including Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, and other enterprise tools as assigned.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Provide social media coverage for events, activations, and special initiatives as needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Foster positive working relationships across the organization and demonstrate the flexibility to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and leadership levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in mobile video editing applications, including CapCut and Edits, with working knowledge of Canva.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging and tone to represent multiple brands and audiences effectively.
  • Demonstrated strengths in time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom, is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, emerging trends, and content best practices, with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
