Empower Strategies Consulting is seeking a Motion Graphics Editor to join a growing creative team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong technical skills, a sharp design sensibility, and experience leveraging emerging AI tools throughout the production process. You'll contribute to a wide range of creative projects spanning broadcast television, digital advertising, and social media while collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, editors, copywriters, and strategists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You Will DoIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile public affairs initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and political efforts that shape conversations and influence outcomes. Our integrated creative team produces compelling content across television, digital, and emerging platforms, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with experienced strategists, producers, and creatives while continuing to grow your skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus structure tied to election cycle performance. Full health, dental, and vision coverage. ESOP participation. 401(k) match. Unlimited PTO with mandatory minimums. Equipment provided.
