Our restaurant team plays an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and visitors. We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Server to join our team.

Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Server who is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.

• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.

• Accurately take and process guest orders.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns or special requests.

• Prepare and maintain dining areas, including table setup, cleaning, and resetting tables.

• Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately.

• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service stations.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Smart Serve Certification is considered an asset.

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Certification required: Food Safety Certification.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to carry food trays and beverages safely.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout shifts.
