Job description

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join their nationally recognized neonatology team at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital in Clermont, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a brand-new Level II NICU, supported by an established regional network and Pediatrix's flagship Level IV NICU at Winnie Palmer Hospital. The role offers the chance to shape the future of neonatal care in Central Florida, starting in summer 2026.

  • Projected NICU average daily census of 5-6 by year-end
  • Newborn nursery ADC of 6-7
  • Approximately 2,000 annual deliveries
