  • Lead stabilization and treatment for adults (16+) with acute mental illness across inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Participate in a sustainable one-in-six weekday/weekend on‑call rotation.
  • Provide expert psychiatric consultation to the Emergency Department and Crisis Team.
  • Mentor medical learners and residents through an academic appointment with Queen's University.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, nurses, and social workers to deliver recovery‑oriented care.
Professional Profile (Competencies)
  • Licensure: Must hold an M.D. or equivalent and be eligible for a fully unrestricted license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
