This position involves overseeing laboratory operations, performing complex tests, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of diagnostic procedures. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to delivering top-tier quality and excellence in patient care, making a significant impact within our healthcare community.
Responsibilities for a Senior Medical Technologist:
  • Perform and oversee a variety of complex laboratory tests on specimens including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate and implement new laboratory techniques and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret test results and provide clinical correlation.
Requirements for a Senior Medical Technologist:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with progressive responsibility (preferred) .
