You will
- Execute and sign off inspections, maintenance, and repairs per FAA regulations and company standards.
- Exercise IA authority for return‑to‑service approvals; manage annual and progressive inspections.
- Coach technicians, elevate skills, and enforce proven maintenance practices.
- Maintain complete, accurate logbooks and compliance records.
- Diagnose mechanical/structural issues and implement effective fixes.
- Guard an uncompromising level of detail and finish in every task.
- Coordinate status, findings, and ETAs with customers, pilots, and the shop team.
- Promote a safety‑first, accountability‑driven environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Contribute to planning, scheduling, and shop efficiency.
You bring
- FAA A&P certification (current) and active Inspector Authorization.
- 4+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity within an aviation maintenance setting.
- Strong command of FAA rules, inspection protocols, and documentation practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver quality under time constraints.
- Expert troubleshooting across diverse aircraft systems.
- Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
- Craftsmanship, pride, and meticulous attention to detail.

- Hands‑on experience with general aviation aircraft.
