  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies, utilizing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
  • Provide therapy to a diverse range of populations, including individuals, couples, and families, adapting interventions to suit their unique circumstances and needs.

The mental health counselor will provide services to a diverse client base, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds. Many clients will be seeking assistance with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The commitment to reducing barriers to care means you’ll have the chance to work with clients who have often faced significant challenges in accessing mental health resources.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity and proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies.
Preferred Experience

  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
  • Access to comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Opportunity to obtain malpractice insurance while working within a supportive framework.
  • Collaborative support with billing and documentation to decrease your administrative workload.
  • A competitive sign-on bonus is available for new hires, further enhancing your transition into our team.

Our team members are encouraged to pursue leadership roles within the organization and engage in continuing education through workshops and training programs.
