Title: Maintenance & Calibration Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6–12+ Months
Start Date: April 20th / 27th
Shift: 1st (6 AM–6 PM) or 2nd (6 PM–6 AM)

Job Summary:
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of production, lab, and facility equipment in a GMP radioligand manufacturing environment. Ensures reliable operations, supports site projects, and maintains compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on production, lab, and utility systems
  • Work on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and control systems
  • Interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts
  • Support equipment calibration, including radiation detection systems
  • Complete work orders and documentation in CMMS
  • Assist with investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
  • Support startup, commissioning, and 24/7 operations
  • Follow GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Train junior technicians as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in GMP environment
  • Pharma, medical device, or aseptic fill/finish experience preferred
  • Knowledge of CMMS, BMS, and MS Office
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cleanroom/PPE environments
  • Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays
