  • Operate a reliable sedan or SUV and cover your own fuel expenses
  • Present yourself professionally to healthcare and business clients
  • Be 21 years or older with a clean driving history
    • No DUIs within the past 7 years
    • Fewer than 2 moving violations
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Carry insurance of $100,000 / $300,000 liability with a deductible of $5,000 or less
