-         Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The responsibilities below are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all inclusive.
-         Provide patients with information about office policies, procedures, and services
-         Ability to collect patient payments and verify patient information
-         Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues timely
-         Strong communication and customer service skills
-         Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
-         Multitask while answering calls and patient chats
-         Proficiency with Microsoft Office including excel and word programs
-         Follow procedures and policies and report needed changes or patterns
-         Able to sit for long periods of time while typing and speaking
Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable navigating difficult patient conversations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
