Position: We are in search of experienced Electronics Technicians/Marine Electronics Technicians to assist in the development, design, and integration of shipboard communication and navigation systems. Our Electronic Technicians work in accordance with all technical standards and specifications, utilizing schematics, system integration diagrams, equipment manuals, and written and verbal instructions.

Requirements: Candidates MUST:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have and maintain a clean DMV driving record.

• Be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.

• Pass U.S. Federal Government drug screening requirements.

• Read and speak English fluently.

• Pass all required background checks and can obtain a DOD Contractor CAC.

*** An Active DOD security clearance is NOT required. ***

• Possess a minimum of three years of related electrical/ electronics experience.

• Be able to travel to jobsites within the United States and abroad (50% or more as required).

• Be in good physical condition. Capable of:

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Working in confined spaces.
  • Working outdoors in adverse weather conditions
  • Prolonged standing, crouching, kneeling, working overhead, and on ladders and masts requiring a safety harness.

Competitive Candidates for this position possess

• Relevant Military technical school and military experience with SWCC, Riverine, Expeditionary, Shipboard or O-level aircraft electrical systems and electronics.

• Military and Manufacturer certifications on relevant equipment, components, and processes.

• Technician level knowledge, training, and experience on relevant equipment, components, and processes.

• 2M and connector repair qualifications.

• Understanding of NMEA 0183/2000 or NMEA certifications.

• Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and ACCESS certifications or experience.

• Multilingual. Proficiency in Languages other than English.

• OCONUS travel experience / deployment history.

• A quality work history, reflected through references, demonstrating initiative, productivity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities: Our Electronics Technicians are tasked with

• Serving as a member of our MMT (Mobile Maintenance Team) responsible for the design, removal, installation, integration, and the retrofit of communication and navigation systems and components on patrol vessel platforms for our U.S. Government clients in support of Foreign Military Sales to allied nation militaries.

• Serving as a member of our MTT (Mobile Training Team), developing and implementing course curriculum for our clients and foreign military counterparts.

• The accountability of inventory and security of sensitive equipment and technical instruments.
