Job Description
We are looking for a Mainframe Production Support Developer with strong experience in Mainframe technologies and application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability of critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production jobs, batch processes, and system alerts on a daily basis.
  • Investigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
  • Debug application issues and resolve minor defects and production problems.
  • Work proactively to stabilize production environments and improve application reliability.
  • Participate in SWAT calls and provide timely resolution for critical production issues.
  • Support multiple applications across the production landscape.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents.

Qualifications
