DePre is actively searching for a Machine Operator to join our team in Powell, TN. This position is currently working 5 am - 5 pm on a rotating schedule that includes working every other weekend.

SUMMARY: Perform various duties such as inspecting and packaging to ensure and promote the efficient and productive functioning of the isolation gown machine by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
Examine overall quality of product as it comes off the machine to ensure good product.
Maintain production and be able to make adjustments via HMI displays.
Assist Process and Control Technicians in any repair.
Conduct operations in accordance with safety requirements.
Inspects and packages products from assigned machines.
Ensures that products conform to established specifications.
Maintains adequate raw materials, packing supplies and labels on hand at the machines.
Ensures manufacturing work instructions are followed by properly completing process/product checklists accurately and legibly.
Maintains a clean work area and follows proper safety, quality, and production and company procedures.
Arrives at work on time and complies with company attendance and tardiness policies.
Possesses the ability to get along with co-workers, customers, and company visitors.
Obeys all rules and performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to operate a computer preferred.

Most jewelry, false fingernails and fingernail polish (even clear coat) are prohibited. Beard covers, if applicable, may be required. Protective eyewear is required to be worn at all times when entering the molding work environment. Hearing protection may be required.
