Job description

Job Title: Blow Molding Line OperatorJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Blow Molding Line Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality plastic bottles. You will be working on the blow molding lines, ensuring smooth operation and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor blow molding lines.
  • Load and unload machinery efficiently.
  • Perform manual trimming of plastic from manufactured bottles.
  • Ensure continuous product flow and unclog lines as necessary.
  • Assist with machine changeovers and setups.
  • Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Monitor product movement and resolve jams.
  • Input changes and adjustments into the HMI screen.
  • Conduct small setups and machinery monitoring.
Essential Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in machine operating and line work.
  • Experience with changeovers and setups.
