Machine Operator –3rd Shift
Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in the
food industry?
If you have 1+ years of machine operator experience in a food production environment, this
long-term, full-time role could be a great fit. Join a fast-paced food packaging company known
for its strong brand, clean facility, and team-oriented culture.
You’ll be part of a group that values reliability, safety, and teamwork—where your hard work is

Job Type: Long-Term | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate & Monitor Equipment:
Set up, operate, and monitor pouch line machinery to ensure proper packaging,
including calibrating temperature, sealing, and cutting settings at the start of the shift.
• Production Efficiency & Troubleshooting:
Control machine speed and load for efficient production; perform minor mechanical
adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Team Supervision & Training:
Supervise, motivate, and train line employees in accordance with company policies and
safety standards.
• Recordkeeping & Labeling:
Maintain accurate production records and ensure all packaging is correctly labeled in
compliance with company standards.
• Sanitation & Maintenance:
Clean machinery and the work area during and after shifts; assist the sanitation team as
required, and perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Schedule:
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:45 PM–6:00 AM
• Overtime: Mandatory as needed, including Saturdays

Location:
Addison, IL (Entrance on Belden | Free company-owned parking lot — first come, first
served; carpooling or having drop-off transportation is recommended)
Pay:
-3rd Shift: $19.00 per hour

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ year of machine operator experience in a food production setting
• Ability to work independently and follow safety and quality guidelines
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and twisting
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
