Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Safely set up and operate conventional and CNC machinery, including winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders.

  • Finishing & Quality: Sand, deburr, and clean finished parts to meet strict quality and dimensional standards.

  • Technical Maintenance: Apply knowledge of material hardness, cutting tools, speeds/feeds, coolant application, and machining techniques during daily operations.

  • Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation in compliance with facility safety regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Prior experience as a CNC Machinist, Machine Operator, or in a similar industrial role.
