Dedicated Class A OTR Driver – Nationwide Dry Van Fleet

Route & Operational Overview

We are adding solo Class A drivers to our dedicated 48-state dry van fleet. Drivers on this run handle long-distance OTR routes with zero loading or unloading responsibilities.

  • Operating Territory: All 48 continental states
  • Weekly Output: ~2,200 miles week-over-week
  • Freight Handling: 100% Driver No-Touch
  • Schedule Pattern: 2–3 weeks on duty / 2–3 days off duty
  • Equipment: Modern condo sleeper trucks (secure off-duty parking location required)

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Weekly Target: $1,250 – $1,450+ average gross weekly pay
  • Annual Projection: $65,200 – $75,500 per year
  • CPM Breakdown: $0.58 to $0.66 CPM scaled by total years of CDL-A tenure
