Compensation & Performance Pay
  • Weekly Earnings: Average $1,250 $1,500 per week.
  • All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL mileswhether you are running loaded or empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time to protect your paycheck during shipper delays.
Home Time & Schedule
  • Schedule: Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
  • Operating Area: Predictable regional routes throughout the Southwest states.
  • Park & Go: Save time and commuting costs with full permission to take your truck home during your weekly reset.
Freight & Equipment
  • The Fleet: Drive newer, top-tier, well-maintained tractors from Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
  • Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Highly efficient operations with a 70% drop & hook ratio and minimal live loading/unloading.

Job Requirements
