Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring an Assembly for our client. This job involves using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to assemble products and components while following standardized work instructions. You’ll inspect parts for defects, complete documentation accurately, and help maintain a clean, organized work area.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
  • Follow standardized work instructions and procedures.
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure assemblies meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Accurately complete production and inspection documentation.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement activities.
  • Meet daily production goals and timelines.
 
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
