Position Overview

The Warehouse Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling air compressor packages by bolting components to the package’s framework/tanks, preparing materials, and supporting general warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a relaxed warehouse environment, can reliably show up, and is eager to learn. All tools and training are provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities

  • Use of hand tools — safely operate wrenches, ratchets, drills, and other basic tools.
  • Material handling — move, stage, and organize components for assembly.
  • Quality checks — ensure all bolts, fittings, and components are secure and properly aligned.
  • Warehouse upkeep — maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Team collaboration — work with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals.
Work Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Four 10‑hour shifts
  • Three‑day weekend every week
Requirements

  • Ability to use basic hand tools (training provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
