Role Description This full-time, on-site Hairstylist role is located at LifeSpa and Salon at Lifetime Fitness in Castle Pines, CO. The Hairstylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate hair care solutions, and delivering professional, personalized services that align with brand standards. The role involves building and maintaining a loyal client base, managing appointment schedules, and promoting salon offerings and retail products. The Hairstylist will collaborate with other salon and spa team members to support a positive guest experience and contribute to a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Professional hair service skills, including Hair Styling and Hair Care.
  • Cosmetology training and current cosmetology license (or eligibility) in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused, professional approach.
  • Effective Communication abilities to conduct consultations, explain services, and recommend products.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness, follow safety and sanitation protocols, and adhere to salon standards.
  • Experience working in a salon, spa, or similar environment is preferred.
