Responsibilities - To lead a team to create beautiful hardscapes, safely, on time, and within budget.- Experience cutting stone with various masonry saws.- Proficiently use skid steers, excavators, and other related equipment- Read and interpret blueprints- Always ensure a clean and organized worksite.- Communicate effectively with team members- Perform Quality Control Inspections upon completion to ensure standards are met- Ensure all safety measures are followed during every project

Requirements - 4 years' experience installing hardscapes- Knowledge of paver installations, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits,- Proven experience as a Supervising in the hardscape industry- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Must have or could acquire a DOT card- Be able to lift 75#- Must participate in our Snow and Ice management work.- Must be able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, & writing)Benefits- Retirement program with employer match- Health Insurance- Dental Insurance- Accrued sick time and vacation time- Seasonal Bonus (based on company performance)- Employee referral bonus ($1,000.00)- Winter dependability bonus Rate of Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 based on experience
