We are seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to join our boutique design studio. This leadership role is essential in guiding project teams through all phases of the design process, ensuring high-quality results that align with our company's vision.
Position Overview
As a Principal Landscape Architect, you will provide strategic leadership and design oversight across multiple projects. You will mentor and guide design staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure that design solutions align with project goals, budgets, and sustainability principles. Reporting directly to the Director of Design and Estimating, this role requires exceptional design expertise, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to deliver innovative and impactful landscape solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Design Direction

Collaboration & Coordination

Technical & Documentation Oversight
  • Review and approve design documents, renderings, and technical drawings prepared by design teams.
  • Ensure compliance with zoning codes, permitting processes, and industry regulations.

  • Provide oversight on construction administration, materials, and specifications.
