They are often employed on a part-time or temporary basis to help with increased workload or special projects that require extra hands during weekends. This role is common in industries like construction, warehousing, and event setup, and can be a good opportunity for students or individuals seeking flexible work hours. Weekend Labourers are expected to be reliable, physically fit, and able to follow instructions to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
