Immediate openings available for Field Marketing Representatives to work at high-traffic retail locations in the Harlandale, Highland Hills, Palo Alto/Palm Heights, Villa Coronado, South Cross, and the Stinson/Mission areas.

This is NOT a third-party marketing company. You are a direct employee of Expo Home Improvement, representing our company inside major retail stores, home shows, and events throughout the San Marcos area.


As a Field Marketing Representative you will engage homeowners, create interest in home remodeling services, and set qualified in-home appointments for our design consultants. Your work directly drives company growth and your earning potential.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $18 per hour base pay
  • $150 bonus per qualified demo appointment
  • $300 Bonus per net sale
  • Weekly earning potential: $1,000-$2,500+

What You'll Do

  • Represent Expo Home Improvement inside retail stores, events, and shows
  • Talk with homeowners about bathroom, window, kitchen, and home remodeling projects
  • Generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Deliver excellent customer interaction and brand representation
  • Meet weekly appointment-setting and performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
  • Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
  • Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
