KFC is looking for motivated and dependable Shift Leads to help lead our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Shift Lead, you will support daily restaurant operations, help coach team members, and ensure guests receive great food and exceptional service every shift. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example, working with a team, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet KFC standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift transitions
  • Support food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
  • Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and teamwork
