Administrative Assistant
Location: Petaluma, CA
Job Type: Temporary (3–4+ Month Assignment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Summary
Our Petaluma client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Temporary Office Administrator to independently oversee the daily operations of a small, professional office. This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the central point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal team members.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated administrative professional who can confidently work independently, maintain smooth office operations, and handle a wide variety of responsibilities with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, managing daily administrative operations independently
  • Answer and professionally manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Respond to customer emails with prompt, professional communication
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, jobs, and inspections
  • Manage city and county permit applications and related documentation
  • Prepare, review, and send customer estimates and proposals
  • Generate invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records
