Weekend Nurse Supervisor - RN | St. Joseph's Living Center
$43.50 - $47.50/hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: $1.00/HR on all weekend shifts!
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Part-Time, 7:00AM โ€“ 3:00PM, every other weekend

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the care team during weekend shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care and smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate and oversee resident care plans while addressing clinical and staffing issues as they arise.
  • Support, mentor, and guide staff, fostering a collaborative and professional care environment.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical standards by leveraging strong nursing expertise.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Active, unencumbered CT or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English โ€“ both verbally and written
