A Japanese financial institution is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support its Washington, DC office. We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds who are interested in working in an international, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and office support, coordinate meetings, schedules, and visitor arrangements, assist with travel coordination and basic expense processing, support office operations, supplies, and simple reporting tasks, help with event coordination and team support as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level preferred), some professional experience (administration, customer service, hospitality, or similar), strong communication and organizational skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
