The Lead Janitorial Worker provides on-site operational leadership for assigned contract location(s), ensuring cleaning and environmental services are delivered to contract specifications, OSHA standards, and The Kennedy Collective's quality benchmarks. This role blends hands-on service delivery with functional supervision — directing shift personnel, training staff, completing quality inspections, and serving in the Site Supervisor's capacity when required.
What You'll DoMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and move throughout the entire shift, and operate powered custodial equipment.
