Onsite in Salt Lake City Utah 84101
Pay up to $30.50/hr. (No PTO and No Paid Holidays)
The ideal candidate has experience supporting 300+ end users in a primarily Mac environment (90% macOS) and hands-on experience administering Jamf Pro for Apple device management and end-user support.

The client’s Engineering team spans Data, IT, Security, and Software, focusing on creating innovative products and building reliable infrastructure. As a Support Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining productivity by promptly resolving IT issues within a Mac-centric environment.
What You’ll Do:
As a Support Technician, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues within a Mac/Apple environment. Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in supporting Apple products, particularly Mac.
  • Proficiency with JAMF MDM (Mobile Device Management).
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow your skill set.
  • Proven ability to manage support tickets and meet SLAs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in a Mac-centric workspace.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with Zoom Room configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with supporting AV technologies, especially in large meetings and events.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security protocols within a Mac/Apple ecosystem.
