Job Summary As an Interventional Radiology RN, use nursing expertise to deliver patient care with the healthcare team. Tasks include evaluating health, identifying issues, creating care plans, and tracking treatment responses. Help patients navigate their healthcare safely. Use knowledge of needs to prevent issues. Essential Functions of the Role Prioritizing patient and family needs is crucial. Responsibilities involve developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Adjust as needed. Making a safe place for patients, families, staff is vital. This includes maintaining confidentiality and voicing patient concerns when necessary. The successful candidate will manage learning for patients and families. They will help nursing staff grow. Knowledge sharing in the health care team and community is also promoted. The ability to track changes in patients' health and communicate clearly with nurses and doctors. Basic computer skills, particularly knowledge of electronic medical documentation systems and email. Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited Program or (2) years of work experience above the minimum qualification The applicant's major field of study should be Nursing.
