The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital operational anchor, streamlining the administration of high-end residential and commercial builds. This role empowers you to take ownership of critical permitting, contract management, and scheduling workflows within a rapidly growing team. Your detail-oriented support will directly accelerate project timelines and elevate the overall client experience.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Prepare, submit, and track complex building permit applications across multiple Colorado jurisdictions to prevent project delays.
  • Facilitate seamless contract execution by managing electronic agreements, lien waivers, and compliance files within the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time internal spreadsheets for subcontractor credentials, project tracking, and project manager assignments.
  • Coordinate crucial daily field and design communications across digital platforms, including dedicated WhatsApp channels.
  • Support the scheduling department and project managers by handling administrative requests and compiling essential field data.
  • Act as a reliable process champion, ensuring all documentation reflects the company core values of clarity and quality.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and digital file management systems.
  • Strong digital literacy with polished, refined computer etiquette suited for CRM tracking.
