Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border. with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Compensation (Pay): $117,374 to $144,355/yearly, based on experience. Plus, a $10,000 Sign on Bonus, *Other compensation may include signing bonuses, rural differentials, and relocation reimbursement.

Overview: The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires a collaborative approach to healthcare, working closely with an integrated care team that includes behavioral health and dental services.

Job Summary: The Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary and ambulatory care at Peak Vista Community Health Centers and designated locations. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive care, and collaborating with an integrated healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The provider also maintains timely documentation, participates in quality improvement and community outreach initiatives, and supports Peak Vista's mission to improve access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare.

Required:

  • Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license.

  • Active, DEA registration, preferred.

  • Ability to manage an average patient volume of approximately 22 patients per day.

  • Experience utilizing or willingness to learn a template-based electronic medical record (EMR) system, such as EPIC.

  • Commitment to team-based care and integrated healthcare deliver

Federal and State funds are available for loan repayment for eligible candidates.
