Job description

TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Description & Requirements
  • Specialty: CVICU
  • Discipline: RN
  • Duration: 9 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

CVR Recovery RN - patients come directly from open heart surgery and stay with us for about 24 hours. If down graded to tele, they will move out to our step down area.
PACU exp only will not suffice- looking for CVICU/CTICU exp.

Call every 3rd weekend

4yrs experience required
EPIC exp required (1 yr minimum)
Special Drips include: Amiodrone, Primacor, Cardene, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Heparin, Cardizem, Insulin
Should be comfortable with chest tubes, pacer wires and external pacemaker, central lines, foleys.
Patients may be post op open heart surgery.
ACLS/BLS/NIH required
Must work holidays and weekend rotation
