Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Jasper, Indiana.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type: Travel

Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 7p-7a Float Requirement: Potential to float between med/surg like departments. On Call/Call Back Requirement: this can vary, up for discussion with individual candidates. Weekend/Holiday Requirement: possibility of July 4th or Labor Day need, but this is not certain, up for discussion with individual candidates Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: BLS, IN License Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 2 year med/surg Charting Experience: Epic preferred Patient Population: adult med/surg Skillset: Highly adaptable nurse with med/surg experience, strong clinical judgement, good communication and ability to deliver safe, efficient care in high acuity environments. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates. Unit Information: 22 bed adult med/surg unit. Primary dx’s include: Ortho (TKR/THR/TSR), back surgeries, abdominal surgeries, SBO, infections, osteo, AKI’s, urology
