About the Role:
Specialty Office in  Charlotte, NC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering specialized infusion therapy in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities:
  • Administer IV infusion therapies including biologics, and other specialty medications
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to infusion treatments throughout each visit
  • Establish and maintain peripheral IV access and manage central venous access devices (CVADs)
  • Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, side effects, and home care instructions
  • Collaborate with physicians, and care team members to ensure safe and effective treatment plans
  • Identify and respond to adverse reactions or complications in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum 1-2 years of infusion, oncology, or IV therapy nursing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line management
  • Strong knowledge of infusion medications, protocols, and safety procedures
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Excellent patient communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
