Church Ave Maryville, TN 37801The IT Infrastructure Administrator will design, implement, maintain, and evaluate Blackberry Farm's server, storage, virtualization, backup/disaster recovery, and cloud/data platform infrastructure. The position ensures the systems that support guest-facing and back-of-house operations — including core business applications, data platforms, and integrated systems — are reliable, secure, and scalable. The role works closely with the Network Engineer, Network Security Administrator, and broader IT team to maintain a stable, well-governed technology foundation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Designs, deploys, and maintains virtualized server infrastructure (VMware) supporting core business systemsAdministers and maintains storage systems (SAN) to ensure performance, capacity, and availability of company dataManages backup and disaster recovery systems (Veeam or equivalent), performing regular recovery testing to ensure business continuityMaintains and monitors Windows server operating systems, patching and updating systems on a regular scheduleAdministers Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 and Active Directory environments, including account provisioning and access managementSupports and maintains cloud and data platform infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce environments) in coordination with business system ownersMonitors infrastructure performance and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they impact operationsPartners with the Network Engineer and Network Security Administrator to ensure infrastructure security aligns with firewall, network access, and overall security policyPerforms and monitors daily system backups and validates data integrity and availabilityMaintains documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and standard operating proceduresEvaluates and recommends new infrastructure technologies, tools, and vendors to improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiencyLeads infrastructure-related projects, including new system deployments, migrations, and integrationsCoordinates with software and platform vendors to troubleshoot infrastructure-level issues and escalate as neededProtects organizational value through safeguarding of confidential information and enforcement of infrastructure access controlsSupports property IT operations by working tickets submitted within the IT ticketing systemRecommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating future infrastructure requirementsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining professional networksAccomplishes organizational goals by participating in cross-functional projects and addressing infrastructure issues in a timely mannerFollows directions of supervisor or any member of managementMust comply with all company policies and procedures.To perform the essential functions of this position, regular and predictable attendance is required.Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferredVMware certification (VCP or equivalent) preferredVeeam or equivalent backup softwareDell EMC SAN or equivalent storage systems preferredMicrosoft Exchange / Office 365 administrationActive Directory administrationWindows Server operating systemsExperience with cloud/data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce infrastructure) preferredMicros point of sale systems preferredOpera property management system preferredITIL Foundation or equivalent IT service management experience desirableLANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to communicate with ALL Team Members in a professional and courteous mannerExcellent communication and writing skills and professional appearance is requiredMATHEMATICAL SKILLSBasic Math and Excel skillsREASONING ABILITYMust be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals; must be able to apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual or practical problemsPHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to work in a General Office settingWORK ENVIRONMENTGeneral officeTRAVELSome travel may be required initially for training purposesHOURSMonday – Friday – 8 am – 5pmOn-call rotation for after-hours supportSome weekends and/or evenings as needed to handle special events or emergencies #J-18808-Ljbffr
