Salary Range $42.00 - $53.00 Hourly

Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required.

Full Time 7p-7a position available. Schedule is every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Competitive Pay

  • Earn up to $46 per hour for Full Time Weekend Warrior LPN.
  • Earn up to $53 per hour for Full Time Weekend Warrior RN

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Supervise and support STNA team members
  • Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charting
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
  • Assist with staff orientation and training

Qualifications

  • Active LPN or RN license
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

Job Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN:

  • Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN or Registered Nurse RN in Ohio.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care required.
