Job description

Position Overview
The client is looking for a Expert-level Joint Military Counterintelligence Collection Course (JMCCC) Instructor supporting our Government Client in Quantico, VA
Responsibilities
Candidates will instruct a course that provides a national capability for CI Agents to independently plan and conduct CI collection (IAW EO 12333 and DoDI S-5240.17) to identify and detect FIE activities against DoD. The CI Collector can respond to validated CI requirements and support the identification, exploitation, disruption, manipulation, and/or neutralization of FIE intelligence operations aimed at DoD and U.S. interests. This course consists of classroom and practical exercises that frequently exceed 8-hour days. This course requires work after hours and weekends and requires travel within the NCR. An instructor in this course has served as a CI Collector with experience conducting the full operational cycle.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, and one of the following JCITA source handling courses: Military Counterintelligence Collection (MCC) course, Advanced CI Collection Course (ACICC) and the Joint Military Counterintelligence Collection Course (JMCCC). Other qualifying courses such as the Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), Advanced Source Operations Training Course (ASOTC), Military Operations Training Course (MOTC), Field Tradecraft Course (FTC), Operations Tradecraft Course (OTC), or an IC school equivalent or have experience conducting Level II MCC in accordance with the DoDI-S 5240.17.
  • The SME/instructor must have a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, and/or instructing, of CI or HUMINT collection activities and shall be able to sit or stand for up to four (4) hours at one time and be able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.
  • Highly desired experience for the Senior-Level CI SME/Instructor includes experience as a Senior Source Handler, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.
  • Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start date
  • Successful Completion of Pre-Employment Background Investigation required.
  • The status of applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to change depending on applicable court orders and the course of ongoing litigation. Candidates may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved exemption.
