Are weekend HTML and CSS developers still in demand?

Weekend HTML and CSS developers are still in demand for freelance projects, small business websites, and part-time roles, especially as many companies seek flexible or project-based work. Skills in responsive design, frameworks like Bootstrap, and proficiency with code editors remain valuable in the job market. However, full-time opportunities typically favor developers with broader skill sets including JavaScript and backend technologies.

Is HTML CSS enough to get a job?

For a Weekend HTML CSS role, proficiency in HTML and CSS is essential, but employers often look for additional skills such as JavaScript, responsive design, and familiarity with version control tools. Having a portfolio and understanding of web development workflows can improve job prospects, as many positions require a combination of technical skills and practical experience.
