What You?ll Do

Lead and support the daily operations of the household while creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents.

Coach, mentor, and support team members while helping foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.

Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and ensure their needs, preferences, and quality of life remain at the heart of everything we do.

Help coordinate staffing, schedules, daily routines, and household needs.

Partner with community leadership to support resident care, team development, compliance, and overall community success.

Be a hands-on leader who is present, approachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Help create engaging, meaningful days for residents while supporting Azura?s person-centered approach to memory care.
