Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager.
  • Experience with select-service or limited-service hotels preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, labor costs, and hotel financial performance.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business demands require.
  • High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
