Job description

About Synapse Center for Health and Healing

At Synapse Center for Health and Healing, we are dedicated to providing premier, high-end functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine. We serve patients who value deep-dive, root-cause care. By operating completely outside the insurance model, we reject assembly-line medicine and focus strictly on high-value, relationship-based patient encounters. We give our providers what they want most: time to actually treat the patient.

To us, provider well-being is the absolute cornerstone of patient healing. We back this up with a highly protected, sustainable schedule designed to keep you at your best: zero call, zero weekends, zero Friday shifts, and a daily workflow structured so you never have to take charting home with you. 16 hours per week.

Core Clinical Focus Areas

This role focuses on our highest-cognitive, deep-dive clinical service lines. You will primarily manage and cultivate protocols for:

  • Complex Chronic Conditions: CIRS/Mold illness, MARCoNS, and complex Vaccine/COVID long-haul injuries.
  • Hormone Optimization: Comprehensive initial and ongoing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (bHRT) for men and women.
  • Advanced Wellness: Complex peptide optimization strategies (immune, metabolic, and neurological).
  • Regenerative Support: Evaluating and prepping patients for regenerative joint therapies, PRP, and stem cell protocols.

What We Offer

  • True Work-Life Balance: Complete your work entirely within clinic hours. Enjoy a guaranteed 5 days off every week.
  • Autonomous Environment: Focus 100% on clinical consulting and decision-making while our nursing staff executes the physical therapies (IVs, injections, labs).
  • Low Patient Volume: Maximize clinical depth with a low, stress-free daily patient cap.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered NP or PA license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of direct experience in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Advanced Endocrinology/Hormone Optimization.
  • Proven expertise or advanced training in treating CIRS/Mold, MARCoNS, and Complex Spike Protein/Long-COVID medical presentations.
  • Deep familiarity with prescribing complex peptides and compounding pharmacy workflows.
  • A compassionate, root-cause clinical mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to practice autonomously under appropriate state collaboration guidelines.
