Job Overview
Full-time W2 Home Inspector serving Dane County and surrounding areas. Stable pay, benefits, and room to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect residential and small commercial buildings (photos + thermal imaging)

  • Provide add-on services (water testing, sewer scopes, pest inspections)

  • Communicate clear, honest findings to clients and agents

  • Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops - this is a hands-on role, not a desk job
