Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 ●     Completing Bi-Weekly Production Runs
○       Assembling and preparing goods for shipment
  • Testing electronic components
  • Calibrating and Assembling electronic components
  • Troubleshooting 
  • Packing items
○    Performing quality assurance testing on parts and products.
●     Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
○       Recording fulfillment orders and inventory information.
○       Reporting, understanding and completing fulfillment orders, including sales orders, replacements and hardware updates within the company’s CRM.
○       Knowing product standards.
○       Working alongside transportation carrier companies and utilizing their software to optimize fulfillment and shipping operations.
○       Guaranteeing that all shipments and orders adhere to internal and industry requirements.
○       Loading and unloading trucks.
●     Creating strategies for storing inventory in a way that maintains quality.
○       Organizing inventory in an easy-to-access process.
○       Moving materials or completed products and packages to established locations.
○       Maintaining proper storage for material and product inventory in the warehouse.
○       Labeling inventory. 
●     Monitoring the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment. 
○       Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals
○       Providing data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment
○       Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock.
●     Utilizing machinery such as forklifts to load and unload orders.
○       Maintaining the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery.
●     Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time.
○       Handling customer concerns and rerouting escalated complaints to appropriate department leads.
●     Supporting a safe and tidy work environment.
