As an Experienced Maintenance Technician III at MountainLoft Resort, you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair, ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. Your primary focus will be on guest relations and problem resolution.

Job details:Full-time- 8:00am-4:30pm, including weekends and holidays.
What Will I be doing?
- Maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back areas, ensuring well-kept property and the physical structure of the resort.
- Repairs boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and PM all types of HVAC equipment, including new refrigerants.
- Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders and visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
- Dismantle defective machines and equipment; install new components.
- Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
- Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate machine parts.
- Provide customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests.
- Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests.
- Conduct proper building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and perform grasping, stooping, and overheard reaching with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Driver's license required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 3-5 years or more of related experience
License & certifications- EPA Certification required
- HVAC trade school certification, preferred.
- CPO, OSHA 30, CFC CERT, preferred.
