Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light food items while creating a friendly and engaging environment for guests. This role plays an important part in the overall guest experience, especially during the busy summer tourism season.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Prepare and serve simple food items according to hotel standards
  • Provide friendly, attentive service and engage with guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
  • Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
