Job Description

5-8 years of Experience in the Healthcare Payer space i.e. Health Insurance in the US market

Ability to understand the Problem statement and strong analytical skills for identifying the solutions per client environment

Experience in requirement gathering, writing project documentation, communicating with all stakeholders (business and IT departments)

Business analysis experience in Agile projects

Experience working with health informatics / data science, QA and management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a flexible approach to work are required 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare domain with a majority in the Payer / Health Insurance / Home Health (e.g., PCMH) space

Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute (required); Concentration in informatics or statistics (preferred)

Strong US healthcare system background
